How paying works
- Pay once is the default. You pay for one month and nothing renews.
- UPI AutoPay costs less. Choose it at checkout to pay monthly automatically at the lower price. Cancel any time.
- Passes are one payment. The Test Series lasts until your exam; the Academic Year pass until the end of the session.
- Refunds. Purchases are non-refundable. You can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for. If a technical problem on our side stops you using what you bought, tell us within 7 days and we may refund it at our discretion.

Is Super Tutor free?
It's free to start. A new account gets a free trial with no card needed — 7 days on a school course, 5 days on an entrance-exam course, with one mock exam included. After the trial your account moves to the free plan, which has daily limits and no mock exams.
What's the difference between the school and entrance plans?
School plans (Plus and Pro) cover your class syllabus for CBSE, ICSE and state boards; Pro adds a board-pattern test series and unlimited practice tests. Entrance plans (Rank and Topper) are built for exams like JEE and NEET and include live All India mock tests with your All India Rank.
Do I have to subscribe?
No. Checkout defaults to paying once: you pay for one month and nothing renews. If you'd rather pay monthly automatically, choose UPI AutoPay at checkout for the lower price — for example ₹199/month instead of ₹249 on Plus. You can cancel AutoPay any time.
What is the Test Series?
It's a one-time pass for entrance students: ₹1,199 gives you everything in Rank until your exam, including the live All India mock tests. The Test Series Unlimited pass (₹2,499) gives you everything in Topper until your exam. It's named after your exam in the app, e.g. "JEE Main 2027 Test Series".
What is the Academic Year pass?
It's a one-time payment for school students that covers the rest of the session, valid until 31 March 2027. The price depends on how many months are left, so the app shows you the current price.
What is the Live All India mock test?
A scheduled mock exam that everyone sits at the same time. You get your All India Rank, percentile and a subject-wise breakdown. It's included with Rank, Topper and the Test Series passes, for exams that have a scheduled event.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel whenever you like and keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
What is the refund policy?
Purchases are non-refundable. You can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for. If a technical problem on our side stops you using what you bought, tell us within 7 days and we may refund it at our discretion.
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and popular wallets. Every payment is processed securely.
Do you offer pricing for schools or coaching centres?
Yes. Schools and coaching centres get institutional pricing. Contact our partnerships team for a quote.
What happens when my plan ends?
Your account moves back to the free plan. Nothing is deleted — your notes, progress and history stay where you left them, and you can upgrade again any time.
