What's included in the free trial and the free plan?
Every new account starts with a free trial — 7 days on a school course, 5 on an entrance-exam course — with higher daily limits and one full mock exam. After that it moves to the free plan: a small number of chapters, quizzes and AI doubts each day, and no mock exams. The current limits are on our pricing page.
Will you auto-charge me after the free trial?
No. Signing up doesn't ask for a card or any payment method, so nothing can be charged automatically. When the trial ends, the account moves to the free plan until you choose to pay.
How is the free plan different from a paid plan?
Paid plans lift the daily limits, add practice tests and mock exams, and let your child ask doubts by photo or voice. For school students, Plus is ₹249 for a month if you pay once or ₹199/month with UPI AutoPay; Pro (₹499, or ₹399/month with UPI AutoPay) adds the board-pattern test series and unlimited practice tests.
Can I cancel a paid plan if it doesn't work out?
Yes. If you pay once, the plan simply ends with the month — nothing renews. With UPI AutoPay you can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Purchases aren't refundable, except at our discretion if a technical problem on our side stops your child using what you bought and you tell us within 7 days.
