Illustrative Scenario: A NEET Coaching Centre Adds Daily Practice
Illustrative scenario — not a real client. Figures describe what a rollout could look like, not results achieved.
The Challenge
Picture a mid-sized NEET coaching centre with 200 students in two batches: Class 12 students and droppers. Classroom teaching is strong, but self-study after class isn't. Most students re-read notes or solve previous-year questions at random, without knowing which topics need the most work.
The centre's weekly tests show the gaps, but often after the class has moved on to the next topic. Extra homework and more doubt sessions add to faculty workload without fixing the underlying problem: 200 students each need practice aimed at their own weak areas.
How the Rollout Could Work
The centre asks every student to spend 45 minutes a day on Super Tutor after class — flashcards and practice quizzes for that week's chapters, and the AI doubt solver for questions that come up late at night.
Mock exams in the NEET pattern run alongside the centre's own tests. Where the centre's plan includes them, students also sit Super Tutor's live All India mock tests to see their All India Rank.
Before each Saturday doubt session, faculty check the partner dashboard — who was active that week, each student's quiz score trend and the leaderboard — and call in the students who are slipping.
What to Measure
Daily active students
How many students keep up the daily practice, from the activity grid in the partner dashboard.
Quiz score trend
Each student's quiz scores over time, from their student report.
Mock test scores
Students' mock results over the months, alongside the centre's own weekly tests.
Weekly test results
The centre's own tests, compared batch by batch — measured by the centre, not by Super Tutor.
Things to Plan For
Make daily practice a clear expectation at a fixed time, not an optional extra.
Tie practice to that week's chapters so it reinforces the classroom.
Check the dashboard before each doubt session, not after results come out.
Set daily targets separately for droppers, who often have more self-study time.
