The Challenge

Picture a mid-sized private school in Gujarat with 500 students in Classes 6–12, split between CBSE and Gujarat Board. The teachers are committed, but classroom teaching naturally moves at the pace of the middle of the class. Quicker students are under-challenged, and students who need more time fall further behind with each chapter.

The usual fix — extra tuition after school — is expensive for parents and tiring for teachers. The school has tried generic learning apps before, but the content didn't follow its two syllabi, and teachers couldn't see whether students were using them.

💡

How the Rollout Could Work

The school starts with a four-week pilot in two Class 10 sections, then extends to Classes 8–12. Super Tutor sets the school up as a partner with course access for both boards, and students join with the school's partner code.

Practice goes into the timetable rather than homework: 30 minutes, three days a week, in the last period. Students work through chapter notes, flashcards and practice quizzes for the chapter being taught, and use the AI doubt solver when they're stuck.

Once a week, each department looks at the partner dashboard — which students were active, which subjects they studied, and each student's quiz score trend — and uses it to decide which chapters to revisit and which students to bring into small-group sessions. Before parent–teacher meetings, students can share their mock results with parents as a link.

Tracking Progress

What to Measure

Weekly active students

How many enrolled students study on a few days each week, from the activity grid in the partner dashboard.

Quiz score trend

How each student's quiz scores move across the term, from their student report.

Subject coverage

Which subjects students actually open, so gaps show up early, from subject analytics.

Unit test results

The school's own unit tests compared with the previous term — measured by the school, not by Super Tutor.

Things to Plan For

1

Put practice in the timetable rather than leaving it to homework — it's the simplest way to build a habit.

2

Agree up front which dashboard views each department will check, and when.

3

Start with two or three sections, fix what doesn't work, then widen the rollout.

4

Set up both boards from day one so no group of students is left waiting.
