Deadlines and tips

  • In 2026 you chose the group (PCM, PCB or both) and the attempts (the first only, or both) at registration, and couldn't change the group later. Each group cost ₹1,300 per attempt for General candidates (₹1,000 for Maharashtra reserved categories).
  • Before you apply, keep ready your Class 10 and 12 details, a photograph and signature scanned to the brochure's format, your domicile and category details (the certificates are checked at CAP), and an email address and mobile number for OTPs. In 2026 the fee could only be paid online.
  • In 2026, after each attempt, the CET Cell showed your responses and a provisional answer key in the candidate login with an objection window, then published the final key and the percentile results.

Yes, any Indian national can. Which seats you compete for depends on your candidature type: Maharashtra State (Types A–E), All India or Minority. For All India candidates in 2026, the JEE Main score was preferred over MHT CET for B.E./B.Tech, and NEET for B.Pharm, so read the candidature rules in the brochure before you apply.
