When is the NEET PG 2027 exam date?

NEET PG is conducted by NBEMS for admission to MD, MS, and PG diploma courses. Its dates have shifted year to year recently, but it is generally held around the middle of the year. NEET PG 2027 is tentatively expected around mid-2027; the exact date is confirmed only in the official NBEMS information bulletin. Always verify on natboard.edu.in.

Registration opens through the NBEMS portal once the information bulletin is released, typically a few weeks before the exam. The window is usually open for around 3 weeks, followed by an edit window. Register early and keep your internship-completion documents ready.

Counselling is split: 50% of seats fall under the All India Quota, conducted by MCC (mcc.nic.in), and 50% under state quotas, conducted by individual state authorities. After the result, you register for MCC counselling and your state's counselling separately, fill preferences, and seats are allotted over multiple rounds.

Yes. The NEET PG score and rank are used for that year's admission cycle only. You must reappear the following year if you do not secure or accept a seat. Keep this in mind when planning whether to take a seat or attempt to improve your rank.
