A: इस कविता का मुख्य भाव वर्षा की पहली बूँद से प्रकृति में होने वाला बदलाव है। बूँद गिरते ही धरती में अंकुर फूट पड़ते हैं, सूखी धरती में नई जान आ जाती है और चारों ओर हरियाली की आशा जगती है।
Q: 'वह पावस का प्रथम दिवस जब' का अर्थ क्या है?
A: इसका अर्थ है वर्षा ऋतु का पहला दिन। 'पावस' शब्द वर्षा ऋतु के लिए प्रयोग होता है। कविता की शुरुआत इसी समय से होती है, जब पहली बूँद धरती पर गिरती है।
