Different elements in domain have different images, No two elements in domain map to same element in codomain, Also called injective function

A one-one function ensures that different inputs produce different outputs. This means no two domain elements map to the same codomain element, making it injective.

All elements in domain map to the same element in codomain

A constant function maps every element of the domain to the same single element in the codomain, like f(x) = c where c is constant.

For f(x) = x + 3: f(1) = 4, f(2) = 5, f(3) = 6. Therefore, range = {4, 5, 6}.

Both functions must have the same domain, For each x in domain, f(x) = g(x)

Two functions are equal if they have the same domain and produce the same output for every input in that domain.
