Y = a + bX
b = (n·ΣXY - ΣX·ΣY) / (n·ΣX² - (ΣX)²)
a = (ΣY - b·ΣX) / n

Method of Moving Averages
3-Yearly Moving Average = (Y₁ + Y₂ + Y₃) / 3
