The Right to Freedom includes freedom of speech and expression, peaceful assembly, movement throughout the country, and practicing any profession. Freedom to practice religion is a separate fundamental right, and freedom from discrimination comes under Right to Equality.

Milosevic

Milosevic was the narrow-minded Serb nationalist leader who won the election and was responsible for the ethnic massacre of Albanians in Kosovo. He was later tried for crimes against humanity.

Traffic in human beings, Forced labour or begar, Child labour below 14 years in hazardous work

The Right against Exploitation specifically prohibits three evils: traffic in human beings, forced labour or begar, and child labour below 14 years in hazardous work. Religious discrimination and untouchability are covered under other rights.

A state that does not establish any one religion as official religion

A secular state is defined as one that does not establish any one religion as the official religion and maintains neutrality and impartiality in dealing with all religions.
