Right to Equality (Articles 14-18) includes equality before law, prohibition of discrimination, equality of opportunity, abolition of untouchability, and abolition of titles. Freedom of speech is part of Right to Freedom.

Articles 23-24

Right against Exploitation is covered under Articles 23-24. Article 23 prohibits forced labor and human trafficking, while Article 24 prohibits employment of children below 14 years in hazardous work.

42nd Amendment

The 42nd Amendment in 1976 added Fundamental Duties to the Constitution under Part IV-A (Article 51A). The 44th Amendment removed Right to Property as a fundamental right.

Right to Freedom of Religion

India's secular nature is reflected in the Right to Freedom of Religion (Articles 25-28), which ensures that the state maintains neutrality in religious matters and allows all citizens to practice their religion freely.
