Men's hockey was introduced at the 1908 Olympic Games in London. Pakistan

The Hockey Champions Trophy was founded by Pakistan Air Marshal Nur Khan in 1978 for men. This tournament was created to provide high-level competition between top hockey nations. India (A) did not found this tournament though they participate in it. Australia (C) and Malaysia (D) are participants but not founders of the Champions Trophy.

The ninth King of Malaysia

The Sultan Azlan Shah Cup is named after the ninth King of Malaysia, Sultan Azlan Shah, who was an avid fan of field hockey. This annual tournament held in Malaysia began in 1983 and became annual since 1998. Options A, C, and D are incorrect as the tournament is specifically named after the Malaysian King who was passionate about hockey, not after a player, coach, or minister.
