(-2, -5), (-1, -3)

In the third quadrant, both x and y coordinates are negative. (-2, -5) and (-1, -3) both have negative x and y coordinates, so they lie in the third quadrant.

The distance from X-axis is the absolute value of the y-coordinate. For point (5, -2), the y-coordinate is -2, so the distance is |-2| = 2 units.

(4, 0), (4, 7), (4, -5)

Points with the same x-coordinate have the form (4, y) where y can be any number. So (4, 0), (4, 7), and (4, -5) all have x-coordinate = 4.

y = 0

Every point on the X-axis has y-coordinate = 0. For example, (3, 0), (-2, 0), (5, 0) are all on the X-axis. Therefore, the equation is y = 0.
