Common Mistakes to Avoid

The height of a tower is just h + l, so the angle can be ignored once the eye height and horizontal distance are known.

When the foot of the tower is inaccessible, the distance l can still be found by using l = h tanβ.

The five-step modelling process must always be completed fully, even when the data are already exact.
