1. Types of Angles and Linear Pair
- Complementary angles sum to 90° (e.g., 30° + 60° = 90°)
- Supplementary angles sum to 180° (e.g., 110° + 70° = 180°)
- Adjacent angles share a common vertex and common arm

- A transversal is a line that intersects two or more lines at distinct points
- When a transversal intersects two lines, it creates 8 angles (4 at each intersection point)
- Corresponding angles are in the same relative position at each intersection (equal when lines are parallel)

- Sum of all angles in any triangle = 180°
- The sum is true for ALL triangles: acute, obtuse, right, equilateral, isosceles
- Exterior angle of a triangle = sum of two non-adjacent interior angles

- Two triangles are congruent if they're identical in shape and size - corresponding sides and angles are equal
- SSS (Side-Side-Side): All three sides of one triangle equal corresponding sides of other - triangles are congruent
- SAS (Side-Angle-Side): Two sides and included angle equal - triangles are congruent
