Jejakabhukti

Step 1: Bundelkhand is a region in central India known for the Chandel rulers. Step 2: The Chandel dynasty ruled this region, and it was historically known as 'Jejakabhukti'. Step 3: Important Chandel rulers included Yashovarman, Kirtivarman, and Paramhirdev. Step 4: The famous Khajuraho temples were built by the Chandels in this region. Step 5: Ujjaini is another name for Malwa (ruled by Parmars), Shakambhari is in Rajasthan (ruled by Chauhans), and Anhilwad is in Gujarat.

Raja Bhoj

Step 1: The Parmar dynasty ruled the Malwa region (also known as Avanti or Ujjaini) from 820 A.D. Step 2: The dynasty was founded by Krishnaraj. Step 3: Important rulers included Siyuk and Munj, but the greatest was Raja Bhoj. Step 4: Raja Bhoj was so popular that he was considered an ideal king across India. He established a college in Dharanagri and founded a beautiful city called Bhojpur (present-day Bhopal). Step 5: The name 'Bhojpur' itself comes from Raja Bhoj, showing his lasting impact. Krishnaraj was the founder, not the greatest ruler.

Siddhahemshabdanushasan

Step 1: Hemchandracharyaji was a great scholar known as 'Kalikalsarvagna' (all-knowing of his age). Step 2: He composed this grammar book during the reign of Siddhraj Jaysinh of the Solanki dynasty. Step 3: The book was so respected that when it was taken out in a procession on an elephant through Patan, even King Siddhraj Jaysinh walked along with the people — showing great respect for knowledge. Step 4: 'Kumarpalcharitra' was also written by Hemchandracharyaji but during the reign of Kumarpal, not Siddhraj Jaysinh. Bhag

Step 1: During the Rajput era, the main source of government income was land revenue. Step 2: This land tax was called 'Bhag', which means a share or portion. Step 3: It was fixed at one-sixth (1/6th) of the total agricultural production. Step 4: Revenue was also collected from ports, check-posts, and irrigation. Step 5: Amatya were ministers, Dandnayak was a bureaucratic officer, and Nagarpati was the head of the town council — all administrative positions, not tax names.
