Properties of Parallelograms
- A parallelogram is a quadrilateral where both pairs of opposite sides are parallel
- A diagonal of a parallelogram divides it into two congruent triangles
- In a parallelogram, opposite sides are equal (AB = DC and AD = BC)

- Rectangle: A parallelogram with one right angle (all angles become 90°)
