Duty of Motorist (Driver)
- Every motorist must not drive in a manner that causes inconvenience to other road users
- Drivers must not endanger the safety of others on the road
- Only licensed drivers should operate vehicles on public roads
Road Use by Vehicles
- Drive on the left side of two-way public roads
- Allow oncoming vehicles to pass on the right
