  • Non-Economic Environment has SIX components: Social, Political, Legal, Technological, Demographic, Natural.
  • Social Environment: Customs, traditions, values, beliefs, literacy, life expectancy. Example: Demand for clothes increases during festivals.
  • Political Environment: Political system, government policies, trade unions. Example: Coca-Cola had to wind up operations in India in the late 1970s.
