SSC MTS recruits Multi-Tasking Staff (a Group C non-gazetted post) across central government offices, plus the Havaldar post in the Central Board of Indirect Taxes & Customs (CBIC) and Central Bureau of Narcotics (CBN). MTS is at the base of the pay matrix; Havaldar is one level up.
