Time Measurement

60 seconds = 1 minute

60 minutes = 1 hour

24 hours = 1 day

Calendar and Dates

7 days = 1 week

12 months = 1 year

365 days = 1 year, 366 days = 1 leap year

Time Conversions

Total seconds = (minutes × 60) + seconds

Total minutes = (hours × 60) + minutes

Hours = Total minutes ÷ 60

Days = Total hours ÷ 24

Operations on Time

Add seconds first → carry over minutes if ≥60

Subtract seconds first → borrow 60 if needed
