How can force change the shape of an object?
Answer
When you press or squeeze an object, its shape changes. For example, pressing a sponge changes its shape due to force.
How does force change the direction of a moving object?
Answer
When a force is applied from the side, it changes the object's path. For example, a footballer kicks a moving ball to change its direction.
What force stops a rolling ball?
Answer
Frictional force stops a rolling ball. The ground and ball rub against each other, slowing it down until it stops.
Why does a ball thrown up come back down?
Answer
The Earth pulls the ball down with gravitational force. This force brings everything back to the ground.
