Transparent, Translucent, and Opaque Objects
- Objects are classified based on how much light passes through them.
- Transparent objects allow all light to pass through (e.g., glass, clear water).

Formation of Shadows
- Shadows are formed when an opaque or translucent object blocks light.

- Solar Eclipse: Moon comes between Sun and Earth. Moon’s shadow falls on Earth. Occurs on New Moon day.
