The heading introduces the event attractively (like 'Did You Know?' or 'Casting Call Carnival'), while the statement provides the main description of the event. Venue also totals 1 mark but is split into two half-marks.

7:30 a.m.

The sample notice states that the cleanliness drive runs from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., but interested participants are requested to report to the venue by 7:30 a.m. This 30-minute buffer allows for registration, instructions, and preparation before the actual event begins.

Permission note from Class Teachers

The sample notice specifically states that 'Applicants must also carry a permission note from their respective Class Teachers specifying that they are free to audition for that duration of time.' This ensures students have proper approval to miss regular classes for the audition.
