Permutation-Combination relation: nPr = nCr × r!

4. Circular Permutations

Stationary Circular Permutation = nPr/r

Free Circular Permutation = nPr/(2r)

Stationary circular permutation of non-distinct objects = (n-1)!/(p1!p2!...pk!)
