A triangle’s perimeter is the sum of its three sides. Its area can be found by Heron's formula, Area = √(s(s-a)(s-b)(s-c)), where s is the semi-perime

The area of an equilateral triangle

The area of an equilateral triangle of side a is (√3/4)a². In an isosceles triangle, the perpendicular from the vertex to the base bisects the base.

Perimeter of a rectangle is 2(l+b), area is l×b, and diagonal is √(l²+b²).
