  • The persons who enter into partnership are called partners.
  • The business name used by the partners is called the firm name.

  • A partnership deed is a written agreement of partnership.
  • It contains all the terms and conditions on which the partnership is formed.
  • A partnership agreement may be oral or written, but a written deed is better because it serves as a record.
