Child labourers are those who are aged below 14 years and work in order to earn money. Any labour undertaken by minor children below 14 years is called 'Child Labour'.

The main causes include: poverty, domestic conflicts, divorce, domestic violence, excessive control, greed of industrialists, illiteracy, kidnapping of children and pledging them.
