  • The trick gives a final number of the form 100M + 165 + D.

  • In a number pyramid, each number is the sum of the two numbers directly below it.
  • Start from the bottom row and move upward.
  • For the pyramid with top 60 and bottom row 12, c, 8 with middle a, b, the solution is c = 20, a = 32, b = 28.

4. Virahāṅka-Fibonacci Sequence and Pyramids

  • The Virahāṅka-Fibonacci sequence begins 1, 2, 3, 5, ...
  • Each number is the sum of the two numbers before it.
  • These numbers are used in pyramid exercises.
