  • Step 1: Identify and classify producing enterprises into primary, secondary, and tertiary sectors.
  • Step 2: Estimate gross value added at market price in each sector.
  • Step 3: Subtract depreciation and net indirect taxes to get NDP_FC.

  • Income method measures national income by adding the factor incomes generated in production.
  • Factor incomes are earned by the primary factors of production.
  • The main components are compensation of employees, rent and royalty, interest, profits, and mixed income of the self-employed.
