  • Rights and responsibilities go together and help in creating a conducive environment.
  • Expressing views is a right, but doing so respectfully is a duty.

4. Dignity of Labour

  • All manual or intellectual work is called labour.
  • Dignity of labour means that all jobs are respected equally and no occupation is considered superior over other.
  • Respectability lies not in the kind of work done but how well it is done.
