3. Capital Income and Revenue Income

- Capital receipts are receipts of non-recurring nature.
- Capital receipts include capital from proprietor, loans, deposits, sale proceeds of investments, and sale proceeds of fixed assets.
- Capital receipts mostly appear on the liabilities side of the Balance Sheet.
