- Robert Hooke published Micrographia in 1665 and used a microscope that magnified objects 200 to 300 times.

2. Cell Structure and Differences

- Curd forms in warm conditions because Lactobacillus grows well in warmth and produces lactic acid.
- Besides yeast, bacteria such as Lactobacillus help ferment batter for idli and dosa and dough for bhatura.
