Election Commission of India
- Established under Article 324 of the Indian Constitution.
- Responsible for conducting free and fair elections to Parliament, State Legislatures, President, and Vice-President.
- A permanent and independent body to ensure impartiality in elections.
Union Public Service Commission (UPSC)
- Established under Articles 315–323 of the Indian Constitution.
- Main recruitment agency for All-India Services, Central Services, and Central Civil Posts.

Finance Commission
