उत्तरम् — 'सङ्गच्छध्वं संवदध्वम्' इत्यस्य अभिप्रायः अस्ति — यूयं सर्वे मिलित्वा चलत, एकस्वरेण वदत। अर्थात् समाजे एकता, सहयोगः तथा समभावः स्थापनीयः।
