  • Three lines in a plane may be parallel, intersect in one point, intersect in two points, or intersect at most in three points.
  • Lines that pass through the same point are called concurrent lines.
  • The common point is called the point of concurrency.

  • An angle bisector divides an angle into two equal parts.
  • A triangle has three angle bisectors.
